OPEN REGISTRATION TO THE 9TH RALLY OF SARDINIA MTB 2021!
The exciting race in stages of the international MTB scene gets ready for a Super edition! The date is fixed from 30th May to 4th June 2021.
Arzana, 27th october 2020. Ogliastra, a gem set between land and sea. A paradise with open eyes to discover where nature still leave absolutely breathless.
A unique territory: dream beaches and coves, some hidden along inaccessible stretches of coast, among cliffs of pure limestone to sink into the blue. In the middle of wild areas, made of woods, mountains with characteristic heels, suggestive plateaus, unexplored canyons, splendid caves and spectacular ravines that allow you to admire a different side of the island. Sardinia, a place where nature has been generous giving this land harsh landscapes and sweet at the same time.
The Rally of Sardinia MTB can enjoy a scenary of infinite wealth, which in a patch of land embodies all the millenary tradition of a people. An unparalleled opportunity for fans of "fat bikes" but not only; because living this experience you get in touch with the true and archaic Sardinian spirit jealously preserved over time, made of values that are offered with both hands: history, culture, The language, the traditional songs and dances, the precious enogastronomic heritage are the explanation of why those who come to Sardinia are totally bewitched .
Gian Domenico Nieddu, the organizer of the event and president of Good Looking Entertainment, confirms that the Rally of Sardinia MTB is one of the most long-lived and important regional realities of the national scene: "This event for me represents the pride among the races that I organize, not only for its paths and for the stages skillfully and meticulously designed by Corrado Deiana, a deep knowledge of the places, with whom i worked for over 20 years; but because most of the athletes who have participated in previous editions have become friends who give us trust reconfirming their presence every year ! and it is they who give us the strengh to believe even in such difficult times due to the fragile planetary balance generated by this wretched pandemic, in the need not to give up and continue to invest in this event able to generate positive energies by developing a community spirit, what we really need today to look beyond"
